Pierson Kerr is a 35-year-old microbiologist living in Bengaluru, India. He owns two doctorates and a PhD. Pierson is currently researching on Antibody Discovery and Protein Engineering (ADPE) with a reputed company in a highly secretive project. He has an IQ well above average and is highly a regarded scientist worldwide.
motionally, Dr. Kerr is an introvert who isn’t very good at expressing his feelings. So he often comes off to people as aloof, cold or/and quirky. He was born and bought up in Nebraska. His mother, Mrs. Kerr is a religious and conservative woman who is very involved in the lives of her three children. She is particularly concerned about Pierson’s lack of basic social skills and as to how he would find a suitable bride. Pierson constantly rejects the blind dates his mother tries to set him up on. Dr. Kerr has what can be classified as borderline OCD. He is freakishly aware about his hygiene at all times. He always carries a sanitizer and avoids hospitals. He also repeats actions periodically for instance, walking only three steps at a time, or checking the expiry dates of products up to five times before buying them, much to the dismay of the cashier!
Dr. Kerr earns a substantial amount and can be considered very well off. He probably earns more than his friends and peers imagine. He is tall, over 6 ft. and has short hair, almost shaved off. He has a lean built that can be attributed to his strict vegan diet. He lives in a three bedroom apartment with a white hamster named Jeno. Sometimes his twin sister Gigi who lives in Dubai, drops by to visit. Pierson doesn’t show her any affection, or perhaps is unable to but he is actually quite fond of her. Gigi often brings her three year old Brandon along who has been asked by Pierson to address himself as “Uncle Dr. Pierson Kerr” instead of Uncle Piers, as Gigi formerly had proposed.
Dr. Kerr has a minutely detailed and planned everyday schedule. He wakes up at 6 a.m. and is done with his breakfast by 6:20 a.m. followed by which he checks up on the weather news, feeds Jeno and is off to work in his lab by 7:10 a.m.
